What if the About You return period has ended?
Then you usually can’t just send it back anymore. If the product is broken or not as described, you can still rely on the warranty. Contact About You and explain what’s wrong.
If you order online, Dutch law gives you at least 14 days to change your mind after delivery. Many shops give you more time, as shown above.
