At Shein you have 30 days after delivery to send something back. Return costs: Free for the first return shipment, €4.50 for further returns.

How to send it back
- Log in to your SHEIN account and go to 'Mijn bestellingen' (My orders)
- Click 'Artikelen retourneren' (Return items) and select which items you're sending back
- Download the return label and print it out
- Drop the parcel off at a PostNL service point

What if the Shein return period has ended?
Then you usually can’t just send it back anymore. If the product is broken or not as described, you can still rely on the warranty. Contact Shein and explain what’s wrong.
If you order online, Dutch law gives you at least 14 days to change your mind after delivery. Many shops give you more time, as shown above.
