How to send it back
- Log in to your Apple account under Orders
- Select the item you want to return
- Click 'Retourneer artikelen' (Return items)
- Choose to bring it to an Apple Store, send it back yourself or have a courier collect it

What if the Apple return period has ended?
Then you usually can’t just send it back anymore. If the product is broken or not as described, you can still rely on the warranty. Contact Apple and explain what’s wrong.
If you order online, Dutch law gives you at least 14 days to change your mind after delivery. Many shops give you more time, as shown above.
